One mid summer day in 2008, Bill Day, our president and CEO wrote a letter to our customers all over the United States. He talked about what it means to us to be in the baking business together with you. Bill invited everyone to write to him regarding our products and services. The rest of the story was eye-opening to say the least. Of course we loved the praises, and more than anything, we took all the suggestions and constructive criticisms to heart. The candor, trust and willingness to share we received from our customers all over the country were overwhelming. We are onto something - that is for sure.
We then realized one thing, in the end of the day, we are Your BakeMark, simple as that.
